Common questions
Can I mix aerial and ground clips in one package?
Yes. You specify which unit (aerial or ground) for each individual shot in your brief. Any combination works across all packages.
What happens if weather delays the shoot?
Scotland's weather is the variable, and we're honest about it. If a weather window pushes your delivery by more than one day, we'll contact you within 24 hours. We don't hold payment during delays — if a significant delay is unavoidable and affects your deadline, get in touch and we'll discuss options.
What format will I receive?
Your choice at checkout: ProRes 422 HQ or H.265. Colour space is camera-native — D-Log for aerial, V-Log for ground. Both are delivered as separate files, clip by clip, into your secure portal.
What if a clip doesn't match my brief?
Each package includes a revision round. If a shot doesn't match what you described, we'll reshoot it in the next available window at no extra cost.
I need it faster than a week. Is that possible?
Occasionally, yes — contact us before ordering to check current availability. We can't promise express delivery, but if the weather and schedule allow, we'll do what we can.
I'm a production company and need HETV invoicing.
Use the bespoke option or contact us. Bespoke orders include UK-qualifying-spend invoicing, PO/cost code references, and production company legal entity billing — all the things production accountants need.
Who owns the footage?
We retain copyright in all footage. Packages include a broad usage licence for the production specified at checkout — broadcast, streaming, advertising, and online use. Redistribution or resale of raw clips is not included. Contact us if you need a broader licence.
